On-demand technical training for drilling engineers, HSE managers and completion supervisors. Every formula you read is computed by the same sealed engines that run the platform — so the number on the page and the number in the well can never disagree.
What makes it different
Most technical courses show a formula, then a worked example, then a quiz about the worked example. Here you move the levers and watch the equation, the curve and the well respond at the same time — because all three are the same calculation.
Change the flow rate and the pressure split, the hydraulics curve, the ECD and the well schematic all update from one engine run. Not an animation — a calculation.
Calculation questions store the scenario, not the answer. The correct value is computed at exam time, so the test can never contradict the simulator.
Every distractor is a real error — omitting the discharge coefficient, counting two nozzles instead of three. When you miss, the tutor knows what you did.
Each module ends on the engine itself: you design, you run, you get reviewed against operating criteria, and you fix what came back red.
Catalog
Getting into the oil field is free. The calculation is what you pay for. The equipment course costs nothing and always will. The engineering modules — areas, diameters, density and what they do to your tools — are the product.
Courses are currently delivered in Spanish. English and Portuguese are in preparation — the platform already serves each learner in their own language once a translation is published.
For anyone walking onto a rig: what each piece of equipment is called, what it does, and where the mud goes. No calculation — the vocabulary and the path.
Splitting pump pressure across its five sections, picking the nozzle, and reading ECD against the operating window. Three modules, each ending on the simulator.
Where the pipe is stuck, how much is free from the stretch, how much you can pull without breaking the weak link, and which catch tool fits. It closes with a decision challenge against the Smart Fish Watchdog.
Cutting speed, the torque the mill puts on its connection, specific energy and the kilos that must reach the magnets. It closes with the call to keep milling or pull out, against the Smart Mill Watchdog.
Why cuttings lie down on the low side of a deviated well, annular velocity in m/min, lag time, margin against the critical transport velocity, bed height, bed removers and sweeps. Every module ends on the simulator, with the petrolerito asking after each example.
In preparation
Cuttings bed, transport, inclination, and surge & swab. The calculation nobody does in their head.
Which catch tool, which grapple, the weak link before you pull and the mill connection limit — with your supplier's own data when you have it.
How a finding becomes a failure mode, and a failure mode becomes an action.
Certificates
Finishing a course issues a controlled certificate. Not a PDF with a name on it — a record with a folio, a public verification page and an expiry date.
Each certificate carries a unique folio such as AWD-2026-000142-K7R2,
issued in sequence and never reused.
A QR on the document opens a public page that confirms who earned it, which course, when, and whether it is still current.
The certificate states when the training needs refreshing, so a training matrix can be audited instead of assumed.
Course and version, hours, period, delivery mode, theory score against its minimum, and the simulator result.
